How are you feeling? Whether you are excited, scared, angry, embarrassed or just plain confused, it's normal to have many different feelings in a day - sometimes even at the same time! "Dealing with Feelings" explores how the way you feel about yourself, your friends, your family and your school affects your whole life! Students gain practical tips for communicating care and respect in relationships with friends and family as well as for dealing with everyday worries, grief, fear and big life changes. The importance of self-esteem is highlighted in this thoughtful program. After all, knowing as much as you can about yourself - and feeling good about what you see - can make dealing with ALL of your emotions a lot easier.
