## What's a 360?

## Measuring Different Lanes on the Track | Cyberchase

She notices that the starting positions in the six lanes are located at different points along the track. She believes this is unfair and sets out to measure the distance between the starting point and the finish line in both the outside and the inside lanes.

## Choosing the Most Orange Crystal | Cyberchase

In this video segment from Cyberchase, the CyberSquad looks at seven different crystals to determine which crystal displays the largest amount of orange color, and thus has the most power. They find that some crystals have more stripes of certain colors than others but not all the stripes are the same size. The CyberSquad solves the problem by thinking about the stripes as fractional parts of the crystals, and then comparing the fractions to determine the largest one.

The CyberSquad has doorknobs in three different colors and keys in three different colors. After a few failed attempts, they decide to use a grid to help them keep track of the different combinations they have tried.
