Preschool spaces and early elementary classrooms should all have a well defined space where children can find a variety of books that are attractive, rich in vocabulary, and culturally interesting. In this segment from "Get Wild about Reading," a Between the Lions teacher training video from Mississippi Public Broadcasting and WGBH, Theo the Lion interviews Kimberly Triplett of the Early Childhood Institute at Mississippi State University and Kelly Carmody, Nurturing Homes Coordinator at Mississippi State University, who describe how successful book corners have been set up in classroom, childcare centers, and home daycare facilities.
